So. Usual disclaimer as the photo was taken with my phone but for scale. It is 53″ by 20″. I also apologise for it not being rotated.. normally it works that out for me and WP cant seem to rotate an image.. sigh.

Well. The mosaic crochet continues. Each row is around 260 stitches and each stripe consists of 2 rows. Being done in mosaic style it is exactly the same on both sides.

So. I have mentioned I started a new piece. This is it. In effect this is crochet ribbing. Done by back and front post double crochets (US terminology) Its a 4mm hook and 3 ply wool. So its slow going. But its nice

So. Only got the end sewing to go. And maybe a bit more on the border. I tried blue and white as a border but it was just wishy-washy. So. Black it is. Makes it slightly less baby like I know. But. I hope she likes it.
