Here are the crochet ravings of me, the projects I do, and items related to the site. I apologise Im not a great blogger, I have good intentions but get easily side tracked, especially by my crochet hook.

I didnt get a chance to take the photo last night as someone was in the bed.. sigh.. so

So, Ive been quiet, I planned out 3 blankets, I placed order for wool (lots of money, 150 balls of wool I ordered) back 6th feb..
I got the majority of it end of last week.. Ive now had to reorder the bits they missed.. because one of the colours I ordered is apparently discontinued – and it took a month for them to mention this?? and they only had 10 out of 20 in another colour.
Kinda unimpressed, disapointed as it was good value, as I paid less than 1 pound a ball, more like 50p, but, less good it took a month to get here..

A friend is leaving for Australia soon, and I am hoping to make him a ferrari logo blanket for him before he goes.. Hes a big fan ..

So, the evil twin blanket continues! Im kinda half wayish through now, well, about 2 rows over half way. So, I thought a bigger picture was in order, although to be honest until I draw the lines on after its not going to look excellent, the diamonds and the linking bits are too similar in colour and it doesnt show up overly well as it does in proper daylight and in the hand.
So, what do you think?

As you can see Ive done a bit more, not likely to see much tomorrow, maybe tuesday, but back to the job wednesday thats for sure.

So, as you can see theres a bit more to see now, and hopefully you can see the pattern showing through now.
I stuffed up a bit, the pink areas were supposed to be textured / sigh, and I think I maybe out with the pattern in the new textured white areas forming top to the left.. (theres another off camera), but, I kinda like how its turning out, theres not as much counting as I feared.. In fact its reasonably simple 🙂
