Crochet Crazy

OK, so Ive mapped out the size, and while I need to chop out the two bottom corners so it fits round the posts on my bed, I need to work out what I want to do with the middle, as at the moment.. if I dont, you’ll see the problem..

No, you arent imagining it, it does look like a migraine waiting to happen. So..

What to do? Well, I could do a big diamond in the middle, but, in some ways I think if it was too plain it would look wrong. So, what to do? I cant help but think a big diamond with some celtic knot in the middle.. what do you think?
