Which is a book about doublesided blankets, the premise is simple enough. May have to give it a go.

The principal works round a filet style mesh (eg, making little squares with dc, chain 1 rpt and on the way back you dc in dcs and chain where you chained..) and you interlock it by doing the dc's through the holes of the other mesh.
